You will learn that by quitting smoking, avoiding secondhand smoke, avoiding air pollution, avoiding occupational exposures, and knowing your family history, you can avoid or prevent the disease. With this course, you will also learn how to live successfully with COPD, and how family, friends and colleagues can cope with and support a patient with the disease.
